Job Summary
A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst to support and optimize HR processes and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Document HR processes and compile data analysis reports
- Evaluate and implement continuous process improvements in collaboration with stakeholders
- Provide hands-on support and training to HR teams and manage day-to-day HRIS troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in US or India HR and Payroll operations, or HR certifications with 1 year of HR experience
- 1+ year of experience with Dayforce HCM implementation or execution
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
