Job Summary

A company is looking for an Equity Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer all aspects of long-term incentive programs, including processing grants and maintaining employee records
  • Ensure operational controls and data integrity within recordkeeping systems, supporting audits and reporting
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding long-term incentive programs


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in global compensation or equity administration at a public company
  • Knowledge of People Rewards approaches in multiple regions
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Workday, and vendor stock plan systems
  • BS or BA Degree preferred; Certified Equity Compensation (CEP) Level 1 preferred
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
