A company is looking for an Equity Compensation Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer all aspects of long-term incentive programs, including processing grants and maintaining employee records
- Ensure operational controls and data integrity within recordkeeping systems, supporting audits and reporting
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding long-term incentive programs
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in global compensation or equity administration at a public company
- Knowledge of People Rewards approaches in multiple regions
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Workday, and vendor stock plan systems
- BS or BA Degree preferred; Certified Equity Compensation (CEP) Level 1 preferred
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
