Key Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle technical recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and negotiating offers
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and define ideal candidate profiles
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pipeline of candidates

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full lifecycle technical recruiting experience
• Proven record of recruiting top talent for Software Engineering, Data Science, and Product positions
• Ability to negotiate and close technical candidates in a competitive market
• Strong sourcing skills and experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS
• Familiarity with and experience using AI tools in recruiting
