- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pipeline of candidates
Qualifications
- 4+ years of full lifecycle technical recruiting experience
- Proven record of recruiting top talent for Software Engineering, Data Science, and Product positions
- Ability to negotiate and close technical candidates in a competitive market
- Strong sourcing skills and experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS
- Familiarity with and experience using AI tools in recruiting
