Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to support its Go-to-Market teams in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to GTM leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives
  • Guide organizational design, team scaling, and talent planning to support growth
  • Drive core people programs, including performance management and employee development
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years as an HRBP in enterprise SaaS or high-growth tech
  • Deep understanding of the revenue lifecycle and GTM functions
  • Demonstrated success in scaling GTM functions through people programs and organizational design
  • Proven ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with HR tools and global HR exposure is preferred
