Key Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into learning and development strategies in collaboration with the Talent Management team
- Launch and manage structured programs, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and resources
- Evaluate program effectiveness and suggest data-informed improvements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with people-related programs and analytics
- Experience with Confluence and Lattice administration
- Proven experience in project and program management
- Demonstrated passion for learning and development throughout the employee lifecycle
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred, especially in adult learning or organizational development
