Job Summary
A company is looking for a GTM Talent Sourcer to join their People team and assist in finding exceptional talent for Engineering and infrastructure teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goals
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of technical talent for GTM roles
- Utilize various sourcing tools and strategies to proactively identify and engage candidates
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in a sourcing role, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the cyber security industry
- Proven success sourcing Sales / GTM roles (Account Executives, Sales Engineers, BDRs, etc.)
- Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems
