Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume and mid-level business roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with high-volume recruiting, particularly in Sales and early career roles
- Strong talent sourcing capabilities using social media and professional networks
- Proficiency with ATS and other recruiting tools
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing recruitment metrics
