Job Summary
A company is looking for a Global VP of Total Rewards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a comprehensive global total rewards strategy aligned with business goals and cultural values
- Partner with the CAO and serve as the lead advisor to the Board's Compensation Committee on executive compensation and compliance
- Design and manage compensation programs and oversee global benefits design and administration
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of progressive experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits in mid-sized global software/SaaS companies
- Proven track record of working with Boards and Compensation Committees in a public company setting
- Strong expertise in equity programs, executive compensation, and international benefits strategy
- Experience developing and scaling total rewards programs across Europe, Asia, and India
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, Finance, or a related field required; advanced degree or certifications preferred
