Key Responsibilities
- Own U.S. payroll strategy and compliance, ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Administer and evolve U.S. benefits programs and lead the build of international payroll and benefits
- Serve as the escalation point for complex payroll and benefits issues, ensuring a high-quality employee experience
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of full-cycle U.S. payroll experience, including multi-state complexity
- Proven track record as a payroll subject-matter expert within an organization
- 2+ years of experience managing employee benefits programs
- Knowledge of payroll and benefits compliance requirements (e.g., IRS, DOL, ERISA)
- Demonstrated success in building scalable payroll processes and internal controls
