Job Summary
A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst to manage its HRIS system and ensure data integrity for Human Capital Management transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for HRIS functions, including report generation and system maintenance
- Oversee the maintenance and functionality of HCM systems and troubleshoot related issues
- Develop and maintain standard and custom reports to meet HR and management requirements
Required Qualifications
- 3 years' experience managing HRIS systems in an HRIS role
- 2 years' experience with UKG
- 2 years' experience in Cognos BI report building
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and IT web-based tools
- Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment in decision-making
