Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Data & Analytics Manager to drive strategic workforce insights and streamline HR analytics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver recurring and ad hoc HR dashboards and reports (attrition, DEI, performance, hiring, engagement)
- Partner with HR, TA, and business leaders to turn data into strategy
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across systems
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in HR analytics or workforce reporting
- 5+ years working with Workday
- 2+ years working with Power BI
- Experience in HR metrics, data storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, and stakeholder engagement
