Job Summary

A company is looking for a contract Recruiter to support their high growth period.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of open roles from intake to offer
• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates while meeting high hiring demands
• Conduct initial phone screens and move candidates through the hiring process using Lever ATS

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or social services
• Experience hiring social workers and peers with lived experience preferred
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Experience in an early-stage or growth company preferred
• High volume recruiting experience is essential
