Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of open roles from intake to offer
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates while meeting high hiring demands
- Conduct initial phone screens and move candidates through the hiring process using Lever ATS
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or social services
- Experience hiring social workers and peers with lived experience preferred
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Experience in an early-stage or growth company preferred
- High volume recruiting experience is essential
