Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance issues
- Support performance management processes and coach managers on effective practices
- Partner with managers to identify talent development needs and implement training programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to both Canada and the U.S
- Strong understanding of Canadian and U.S. employment laws and regulations
- Deep expertise in U.S. employment law and compliance
- Experience with U.S. benefits and compensation programs
