Key Responsibilities
- Provide consultation to management and HR teams on compensation requirements, including job analysis and market pricing
- Support ongoing compensation initiatives such as salary surveys and internal equity adjustments through data collection and analysis
- Make compensation-related recommendations and ensure compliance with HR policies and practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in compensation-related work
- No supervisory experience required
- Master's Degree and 5-10 years of experience preferred
- Certifications such as CCP, SHRM Sr Certified Professional, or SPHR are advantageous
