Key Responsibilities
- Administer various employee benefit programs and lead open enrollment processes
- Serve as the primary administrator for ADP Workforce Now, ensuring data integrity and system enhancements
- Support the employee lifecycle, manage leaves of absence, and assist in employee relations matters
Required Qualifications
- 3-4+ years of progressive HR experience in HR operations, benefits, and HRIS administration
- Advanced skills in ADP Workforce Now, including setup and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and regulatory requirements
- Familiarity with HR best practices and compliance reporting
