A company is looking for a Temporary HRIS Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HRIS support and troubleshoot complex system issues while managing data cleanup projects
- Maintain and improve Power BI dashboard, ensuring timely updates and creating reports to support business decision-making
- Collaborate with IT and HR partners on process improvements, compliance, and documentation of HR-related processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in HR, IT, or Computer Science
- 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources with HRIS support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Minimum 2 years of experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Paycom, Workday) and data visualization tools, particularly Power BI
- Technical proficiency in troubleshooting and learning new systems
