Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Total Rewards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and administer comprehensive total rewards frameworks including compensation and benefits
  • Lead annual compensation planning and assist in the development of sales incentive compensation plans
  • Analyze and present data on compensation and benefits trends, providing actionable recommendations to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or related field experience required
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards, ideally in biotech/pharma
  • 4+ years managing total rewards programs with experience in both compensation and benefits leadership
  • Expert proficiency in Excel and compensation planning tools; experience with HRIS tools preferred
  • Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in compensation and benefits administration
