Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and administer comprehensive total rewards frameworks including compensation and benefits
- Lead annual compensation planning and assist in the development of sales incentive compensation plans
- Analyze and present data on compensation and benefits trends, providing actionable recommendations to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or related field experience required
- 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards, ideally in biotech/pharma
- 4+ years managing total rewards programs with experience in both compensation and benefits leadership
- Expert proficiency in Excel and compensation planning tools; experience with HRIS tools preferred
- Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in compensation and benefits administration
