Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruiting life cycle, including sourcing, evaluating, and engaging candidates
- Prepare employment agreements and extend job offers while maintaining professional relationships
- Support client recruiting needs and build relationships with local college career services for graduate recruitment
Required Qualifications
- A 4-year Bachelor's Degree is desired
- 3+ years of successful recruiting experience, preferably in IT and/or Engineering
- Strong proficiency in ATS systems and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Demonstrated ability to self-manage personal goals and effective time-management skills
- A competitive attitude with a team player mentality and a high sense of urgency
