Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute Total Rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and wellness offerings
- Drive the merit, incentive, and compensation planning cycle while ensuring alignment with budgetary goals
- Maintain a robust job architecture framework to support organizational clarity and talent mobility
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience focused on Total Rewards, Benefits, and Compensation
- Experience in a late-stage or high-growth, private equity-backed company is preferred
- Advanced knowledge and practical experience with Workday compensation and benefits modules
- Proven success in managing self-funded benefit plans and vendor negotiations
