Key Responsibilities
- Monitor plan compliance and assist in the implementation of benefit programs
- Analyze participation and utilization of benefits to recommend changes and enhancements
- Mentor and train benefits staff while managing vendor relationships and conducting presentations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources (Required)
- Experience in benefits administration and compliance
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
- Experience in managing vendor relationships
