Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to provide support to the Human Resources Operations and Talent Acquisition teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide talent acquisition support, including scheduling interviews and managing requisitions in the applicant tracking system
- Assist with HR operations, including special projects, Open Enrollment tasks, and new-hire orientation
- Coordinate meetings, manage departmental expense reports, and support onboarding processes for new associates
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in Business Administration or a related field - required
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field - preferred
- 3+ years' experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment - required
- Experience handling highly confidential information - required
- Experience in a growing human resources services department - preferred
