Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience and a bachelor's degree, or 4 years of recruiting experience with a High School Diploma/GED
  • Experience in sourcing and hiring hourly employees in sectors like retail or manufacturing
  • Proficiency with job boards and ATS systems
  • Experience in agency staffing or healthcare recruiting is a plus
  • Metrics-driven approach to recruitment
