- Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience and a bachelor's degree, or 4 years of recruiting experience with a High School Diploma/GED
- Experience in sourcing and hiring hourly employees in sectors like retail or manufacturing
- Proficiency with job boards and ATS systems
- Experience in agency staffing or healthcare recruiting is a plus
- Metrics-driven approach to recruitment
