Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live, phone-based interviews with employees during exit, new hire, and stay interviews
- Capture employee insights to identify frustrations, motivations, and interests
- Uncover important employee observations and organizational trends
Required Qualifications
- Natural curiosity and enthusiasm for talking with people
- Strong interest in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Psychology
- Typing rate of 50 WPM or more
- Access to a stable and strong internet connection
- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is a must
