Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop enablement strategies for the global TA organization, including training programs for recruiting teams and hiring managers
- Own content development and delivery, ensuring resources are current, accessible, and engaging
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and guide global recruiting processes
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years of talent acquisition experience
- 5 or more years leading learning/enablement programs
- Proven track record developing training content and resources
- Experience building cross-functional partnerships globally
- Strong project management and organizational skills
