Key Responsibilities
- Utilize Workday to track candidate pipelines and adhere to hiring processes
- Deliver exceptional Talent Acquisition service by meeting customer needs and maintaining communication
- Pre-screen candidates and collaborate with sourcing partners to attract talent and build candidate pipelines
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition, including onboarding
- Basic knowledge of candidate management and onboarding processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
- Experience with Workday Applicant Tracking System
- High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
