Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted adviser and coach on sensitive work-related issues, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Assist in understanding and applying HR policies and tools to enhance employee performance and ensure compliance
- Analyze data and trends to develop proactive solutions that support business objectives
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in employee relations, HR generalist, or HR business partner roles
- Effective influencing skills to resolve complex employee issues
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders
