Key Responsibilities:
- Drive accountability for metrics and company OKRs
- Support freelancers and clients throughout engagements, ensuring timely communication and response to inquiries
- Make classification determinations compliant with applicable laws and educate partners and clients on account expectations

- Strong judgment and decision-making skills
