Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of healthcare or physician recruiting experience, with federal or VA programs preferred
- 1+ year of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of credentialing and healthcare compliance requirements
- Proficiency with Google Suite and recruitment tools/ATS platforms
