Key Responsibilities
- Consult with leaders to create comprehensive people plans that align with business strategies
- Provide strategic partnership and coaching to various organizational levels
- Drive talent management strategies and oversee performance review cycles
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience; MA/MS/MBA preferred
- 8-10+ years of People Business Partner/Senior Management experience
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and DEIB
- Demonstrated project management and change management experience
