A company is looking for a Temporary Staff Recruiter to perform full-cycle recruiting for a 3-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full life cycle recruiting for field positions across all divisions
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate offer generation for new hires
- Maintain candidate pool and update staffing requisitions weekly
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in an office environment, including administrative tasks
- Prior recruiting and human resource experience preferred, but training is available
- Previous experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel is a must
