Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Remote HR Compliance Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete onboarding checklist and ensure compliance with wage and hour laws
- Review new hire paperwork for accuracy and make necessary corrections to Form I-9
- Communicate with hiring managers and employees to resolve onboarding issues and process files timely
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of work experience in HR or related office administration preferred
- Experience with new hire processing and I-9 compliance preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- General knowledge of Human Resources employment practices
