Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Remote HR Compliance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete onboarding checklist and ensure compliance with wage and hour laws
  • Review new hire paperwork for accuracy and make necessary corrections to Form I-9
  • Communicate with hiring managers and employees to resolve onboarding issues and process files timely
Required Qualifications
  • 2 years of work experience in HR or related office administration preferred
  • Experience with new hire processing and I-9 compliance preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
  • General knowledge of Human Resources employment practices
