Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation Manager to design, implement, and manage compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Compensation Committee pay programs and budgetary/planning requirements
- Design and implement global compensation base pay and incentive programs
- Conduct market analysis and lead annual compensation review cycles
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Mathematics, Human Resources, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in a compensation capacity, building compensation and incentive programs
- Public company experience preferred
- Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with compensation tools and systems
- Working knowledge of FLSA, pay transparency laws, and other relevant compensation regulations
