Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HR projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines
- Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and communication strategies for HR initiatives
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on key metrics and outcomes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 10+ years' experience in Project Management, including planning, risk management, budgeting, and reporting
- Strong experience in building workflows, automation, and project plans
- Experience working with Smartsheet required
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Project Management certification is a plus
