Key Responsibilities
- Screen and interview volunteer and intern applications to identify qualified candidates
- Collaborate with the recruiting manager to monitor progress towards staffing goals
- Support onboarding processes and lead training sessions for new HelpLine Specialists
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a non-profit environment, preferably in a fast-paced team setting
- Knowledge of the mental health services landscape and its impact on individuals and families
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools like Slack and Zoom
- Bachelor's Degree preferred and must pass a background check
