A company is looking for an HR Analyst to join the People Operations and Shared Services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom reports within Workday to meet business requirements
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather report requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Monitor report performance and ensure data integrity while optimizing reporting processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience specifically with Workday reporting
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and optimizing Workday reports
- Proven ability to design and implement complex calculated fields within Workday
- Strong functional understanding of Workday HCM and Recruiting modules
