A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Coordinator (1099 Contract).
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the recruitment process for clinical and operational roles, including sourcing and conducting initial interviews
- Facilitate the hand-off between Talent Acquisition and People Operations to support new hires during the pre-boarding process
- Manage candidate communications and interview processes, ensuring alignment with hiring deadlines
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in recruiting and onboarding within clinical environments
- Experience in direct-sourcing clinical talent using various strategies
- Hands-on experience in recruiting and onboarding for early-stage startups
- Proficiency in using ATS and HR systems
- Ability to work PST hours
