A company is looking for a Financial Professional Onboarding & Transition Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage customized onboarding plans and conversion strategies for financial professionals (FPs)
- Conduct business analysis and ensure regulatory compliance for FP office setups
- Facilitate communication between departments and oversee the FP recruitment and transition processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience required
- 7-10 years of experience in recruitment and transition support in a life insurance company and/or broker/dealer required
- FINRA Series 7, 63, or 66 licenses preferred
- Strong knowledge of FP contracting
- Proven project management experience in a fast-paced environment
