A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage compensation cycles and integrate HR, Payroll, and Benefits systems
- Act as the system administrator for the Oracle compensation module, reviewing system capabilities and workflows
- Develop strategies for enhancements, process improvements, and advocate for end-user needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
- 7+ years of HR technology experience
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM application/configuration
- Experience in developing and administering documentation related to projects is preferred
- Reporting experience and SQL knowledge are preferred
