Key Responsibilities
- Oversee offboarding documentation and ensure accuracy in HR actions, including benefits and payroll
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate final pay and system access revocation for departing employees
- Handle complex offboarding cases and provide counseling to employees regarding final pay and post-separation benefits
Required Qualifications
- Five years of specialized experience in Federal government human resources or related administrative support roles
- Understanding of the human resources management lifecycle and standard practices
- Familiarity with HR policies and federal legal requirements related to employee separations
- Proficiency in ServiceNow, Adobe Pro, and Google Suite
