Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Sales Leadership and Engineering talent using various sourcing techniques
- Manage the candidate experience from initial outreach through the full hiring cycle
- Collaborate with talent partners and hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience sourcing candidates at Director and VP levels in Sales and Engineering for enterprise technology organizations
- Strong experience in initiating and managing creative talent sourcing strategies
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic, change-oriented environment
- Track record of directly sourcing candidates across multiple business areas
- Natural curiosity for the AI industry, particularly in cutting-edge NLP research
