Job Summary
A company is looking for a remote part-time Compensation Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and administer client compensation programs including base pay and incentive plans
- Benchmark client positions and implement pay structures and performance-linked pay administration guidelines
- Assist in business development and participate in client meetings as requested
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources focused on compensation programs
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- Experience with analyzing multiple salary surveys and knowledge of regulatory guidelines on compensation
- Advanced Excel skills, including v-lookups and pivot tables
- Professional certification (PHR, CCP) is preferred
