Job Summary

A company is looking for a remote part-time Compensation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and administer client compensation programs including base pay and incentive plans
  • Benchmark client positions and implement pay structures and performance-linked pay administration guidelines
  • Assist in business development and participate in client meetings as requested
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources focused on compensation programs
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Economics, or a related quantitative field
  • Experience with analyzing multiple salary surveys and knowledge of regulatory guidelines on compensation
  • Advanced Excel skills, including v-lookups and pivot tables
  • Professional certification (PHR, CCP) is preferred
