HCM Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Capital Management (HCM) Project Manager to lead the implementation of ADP solutions across European markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects of ADP HCM platforms in Europe
• Serve as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders, ADP teams, and third-party vendors
• Manage multi-country rollouts, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and payroll regulations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in HCM or payroll system implementation
• Strong understanding of European HR and payroll practices
• Proven experience with ADP Celergo or GlobalView platforms
• Excellent stakeholder management skills in a multinational environment
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
