Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree or 4 years of recruiting experience with a High School Diploma/GED
  • Experience in sourcing and hiring hourly employees across various sectors
  • Familiarity with job boards and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Experience in agency staffing or healthcare recruiting is a plus
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones and adapt to changing priorities
