Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Source and guide candidates through the hiring process for various roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including candidate assessment and offer negotiation
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree or 4 years of recruiting experience with a High School Diploma/GED
- Experience in sourcing and hiring hourly employees across various sectors
- Familiarity with job boards and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Experience in agency staffing or healthcare recruiting is a plus
- Ability to work across multiple time zones and adapt to changing priorities
