Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 2 years in an agency setting
- 1-2 years of in-house recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth startup
- Proven success in independently managing full-cycle recruitment
- Experience in sourcing, negotiation, and candidate closing
- Prior experience in financial services or fintech is preferred
