Key Responsibilities
- Provide information and guidance on leave and accommodation benefits to employees and managers
- Manage complex leave cases and ensure accurate leave-related payments
- Coordinate leave, disability, and absence management programs while identifying areas for process improvement
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in integrated absence management in a multi-state setting
- Advanced knowledge of federal and state leave laws, including FMLA and ADA
- In-depth understanding of paid disability programs, specifically STD and LTD
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience in leave administration
- Customer-focused mindset with strong analytical thinking skills
