Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dedicated Consultant specializing in FMLA/Leave of Absence Administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer all aspects of leave of absence and accommodation processes for assigned clients
  • Complete administrative tasks related to leave management and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate with employees regarding their leave eligibility and assist with required documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources
  • 5 years of Human Resources experience, with at least 2 years in leave of absence and ADA administration
  • Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to manage groups using independent judgment and expertise
  • Experience in providing superior customer service
