Key Responsibilities
- Administer all aspects of leave of absence and accommodation processes for assigned clients
- Complete administrative tasks related to leave management and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with employees regarding their leave eligibility and assist with required documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources
- 5 years of Human Resources experience, with at least 2 years in leave of absence and ADA administration
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
- Ability to manage groups using independent judgment and expertise
- Experience in providing superior customer service
