A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst-Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom reports within Workday to meet business requirements
- Engage with stakeholders to gather report requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Monitor report performance and ensure data integrity while providing support and training to end-users
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Workday reporting
- Expertise in developing and optimizing Workday reports, including advanced and matrix reports
- Proven ability to create Workday calculated fields and a strong understanding of Workday HCM and Recruiting modules
- Workday Pro certification in Reporting & Analytics is preferred
