Job Summary
A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to support the management of a Talent Management System and Learning Management System.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, configuration, testing, and deployment of the Talent Management System
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Learning Management System, including user account management and course assignments
- Support audits, compliance reporting, and data analysis related to learning and talent development
Qualifications and Requirements
- Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Instructional Design, or related field; or 2 years of equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in system administration or HR technology support, preferably in a nonprofit setting
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and Talent Management Systems
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software tools quickly
- Experience in a complex organization or consulting role requiring strong analytical skills and stakeholder management capabilities
