Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree; 1+ years in a supervisory or management role
  • Experience with enterprise software systems supporting compensation program administration
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation programs, market trends, and relevant regulations
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor a diverse team effectively
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 tools
