Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher is required
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Management, HR Operations, or a related HR discipline
- Hands-on experience designing and executing performance management strategies
- Strong proficiency in Workday and Tableau
- Track record of leading complex, cross-functional HR projects from strategy to execution
